Goodness. Where do I even begin?!!
I really feel that I was able to focus on my vision, tighten up my process, and just execute the heck out of my design. My suite was a perfect representation of my style, my taste, and my abilities; it's a new personal best, and here's hoping that it marks the beginning of many more adventures in interior design.
No matter what the outcome, I am so honored to have taken part in Design Star, and I can't thank you all enough for championing me!

You were absolutely fabulous on the last challenge. My parents never watch shows like this but did tune for Sunday's episode...my mother called from Arkansas to let me know that she thought you should win and that I should start looking for someone else to cut my hair...please have Paula add me to her client list...lol...so happy for you and your husband...fairy tales can come true, they can happen to you!

This room was TO DIE FOR. i loved the color palette, I loved the arrangement of furniture and use of space. the aqua and brown combo - dreamy! those gorgeous wood cut-outs - wonderful! I especially liked the ones you placed in the living area, against the orange wall.
your energy and enthusiasm is a delight to watch. sorry you had to deal with robb again, but lucky lucky you got Will for your last day of help. He was so obviously a sweetheart I wanted to give him a hug.

Hey Kim! My name is Ammu and you cut my hair twice at Insitu for Locks of Love...I was just there this past May--and you always transform my look and make me feel like a million bucks! I caught you on design star and knew that you'd make it! I just know that YOU are going to be the next design star! I am sooo proud of you and excited...but sad--because you said that you'd see me in 2 more years when I grew my hair to cut it again--and now you won't be there anymore...what'll I do without Kim?!?!? Can you base you show in NYC? I think I might be the only Staten Islander willing to sell your ice-cream (my family thought the name was a riot)--although I don't have a store!
Anyway---long story short--I hope you remember me--and I am rooting for you--voted for you all the way--and have all my peoples on it! Good luck and don't forget the small people!!! Hugs to you!

A million congratulations, Kim!! I was thrilled to hear Clive announce your name. Besides your design talent you so obviously have class, poise, and integrity and it was a proud moment to watch you win this competition for all the right reasons. I can't wait for your show!
