Making it to the final 2 is one of my biggest dreams, and I couldn't be more excited!
I just want to say 'Thank you' to all of you who've reached out on the streets of NYC, on my website, here on my blog, and on the HGTV message boards to give me encouragement and support -- you rock, and it means the world to me. I'd like to think that the final challenge in Hawaii will sway the folks who are still questioning my skills (the message boards are pretty brutal, but when I went to Vegas, I packed my thickest skin); it's been a long haul, and I hope that all of you steadfast believers will be proud!
This competition means so much to me, and I want to encourage any of you out there who've always held a secret dream or wish to just GO FOR IT!!!!!!!!! (This means you, Nina from Astoria Park!) It's what life is all about.
It's time to grab all of your friends and get ready to vote like mad! I'll be posting the rules/voting codes this Sunday, so stay tuned!

I'm not gonna lie, Will was my odds on favorite. But I'm very happy for you and all of your success and I hope you bring it in Hawaii. Keep your head up and remember the reason you are here. You wouldn't have made it this far on luck.
I'm sitting here with this HUGE silly happy ecstatic grin --- I had NO IDEA what was going on with you, apparently I have been living in a box. Actually, worse -- an office in corporate hell!!! :-) I was researching makeup artists and tried to find you via 5 Boroughs which, btw, I'm so happy to see that you and Scott are KILLING IT in life!!! And then I read from your blog that you're on TV???!!! Hellooo, just in time, I'm going to check it out and vote for you like crazy!!!! I am a huge fan of yours and so happy that you don't have to work with Robb anymore! You really seem like someone who could fit in with any sort of crowd - very down to eary and certainly a great designer! Louisiana is pulling for you!
kim I LOVE YOU!!! I was so happy when you made it into the final 2. I was on the blogs today though and came across a campaign to get you kicked of the show because you are friends with james patrick herman and he told everyone to vote for you in his party hopper blog. Please say you disclosed the information to HGTV and that they gave you the okay. This is so bad because now it looks like people are saying you don't deserve to be in the final s because of your friendship with patrick.
I am voting for you no matter what and just hate that you are getting a bad rep from bloggers on http://www.nypress.com please shut them up and WIN!!! Can't wait until Sunday!!!!

The wife and I are still voting for you...as are all of our friends! You are a class act and full of great ideas and talent. I am thrilled that you are now so close to being the next Design Star. Your show will be a blast!
Another thing, thank you for making it clear to all of your fans that you are above all of these accusations. I can see that you STILL have the links to those great InStyle articles on your site. That should make it pretty clear that you have nothing to hide.

I LOVED your suite and for the first time I honestly could see you as a real designer hosting your own show. Your choices were right on and you have such sophisticated taste.
I also noticed that in your tv segment you were able to incorporate real design terms (unlike your competitor) and I felt like I was actually in the space despite watching it on tv. Good luck to you! I told everyone on my blog to vote for you!
